LOCAL MACAU DELIVERY
Delivery takes 2 - 5 business days upon confirmation of order and receipt of payment. You should receive updates in your registered email address regarding the status of your order. Once ready for delivery, you will receive also receive a notification via email/SMS 1 day prior to the delivery schedule. If a tracking number is available, you will also receive this via email or SMS.
Free Local Delivery for orders above HK$300. Standard delivery is charged at HK$20.
SELF-PICK UP
Scheduled self pick-up is available within Taipa. The pick-up locations are:
Grace Period
We allow for 10 minutes waiting. If you cannot make it to the scheduled time, please let us know at least 1 hour before. If order is not picked up within the grace period, we will contact you to reschedule based on our availability. Please provide your contact number for efficient communication.
E-BUY COLLECTION
We offer collection at your nearest eBuy Collection point. Instructions are provided upon check out. Buyers are responsible for any fees imposed by eBuy.
HONG KONG DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via SF Express with tracking number. Order fulfilment requires 2 days. You should receive updates in your registered email address regarding the status of your order.
Standard delivery is charged at HKD 50 for the first 2.5kg. Thereafter, shipping fee is calculated based on actual weight of the package and shown upon checkout.
